Our Team

Kim Harvey Brannan, Publisher

Kim Harvey Brannan is the visionary founder and CEO of KHB Publishing, LLC. Following a successful 35-year career in marketing, Kim created the company to publish her first book Quiet Conversations: What God Wants You to Know About Him. That was followed by the release of ten spiritual journals, designed by her niece and colleague Kalyn Harvey Slagle and thematically curated with weekly Scriptures by Kim.

After two years of navigating the complex process of publishing her own works, Kim decided to create a company that supports the work of authors and simplifies the process of publishing their works. Self-publishing can be arduous, yet collaborating with a small publisher affords many benefits difficult to obtain through a national, large-scale publishing house.

“I created the kind of company I wish was available when I set out to publish my own book,” shared Kim. “We have assembled a team of experienced individuals, known for excellence within each of their disciplines. Our editors, illustrators, proofreaders, and designers all share the same vision—to capture the right voice and the right look for each author and their work.”

As publisher, Kim continues to inspire with her contagious enthusiasm and steadfast belief in the transformative power of the written word. Her leadership is guided by a commitment to integrity, creativity, and the profound joy found in a life aligned with purpose and passion.
